Pytania z czasownikiem "have" tworzono w tym podręczniku poprzez inwersję a przeczenia poprzez zwykłe dodanie "not".
Do tej pory nie lubię do pytań z "have" używać słówka posiłkowego "do"
Na całe szczęście w BrE jest konstrukcja "have got" i mogę to robić to prawie po staremu :-)

Short question and negative forms (e.g. have you...?, she has not) were common in older English. In modern English they are rather formal and uncommon (except in a few fixed expressions like I haven't the faintest idea).
