Teaching problems

Someone could check my work, which is below?
I am a primary school teacher and for a caple of weeek I have problem with some schoolchilds. They don't listening me, they don't do their homeworks, they are usually late for lessons.

Even I gave them bad notices they don't care about it and do the same, so I realy need your advise to solve this problem.

Maybe I should try method prize and punischment? What do you think about that?
