He became a graduate of the National School of Public Administration in 1993.

The headquarters of the Greek National School of Public Administration are located in Tavros on Piraios Street 211.

Błaszczak took a degree in history at Warsaw University in 1994 and completed his studies at the National School of Public Administration in 2001.

He also graduated from Poland's National School of Public Administration (Krajowa Szkoła Administracji Publicznej) and the Geneva Centre for Security Policy.

She also holds a post-graduate diploma from the Polish National School of Public Administration and an MBA from the Warsaw School of Economics.

He made history studies in Wrocław University, and got the National School of Public Administration (Krajowa Szkoła Administracji Publicznej) diplom in Warsaw in 1993.

He holds a Master of the National School of Public Administration (Enap) in Québec and a PhD in Administrative Sciences of University of Paris I in France.

He held a number of lecturing positions at the Polish National School of Public Administration, the Warsaw University, Collegium Civitas in Warsaw, J. Tischner European University in Cracow.

Mr. Kaambi holds doctorates in public law, as well as in history, culture and societal organization from the University of Strasbourg, France, and is a graduate of the National School of Public Administration in Morocco.
