W sumie to zdanie, trochę mi się nie rymuje, nie pasuję. Ja bym powiedział: "I haven't seen any of those movies."

Tak, jest poprawne, przy "haven't" musi być "either". Gdyby pojawiło się "neither" byłby to błąd, bo w angielskim nie powinno się stosować podwójnych przeczeń, a "neither" i "have not" traktuje się jako przeczenia/słowa o charakterze negatywnym.
